Sump adapter kit
This kit allows your use the VW JX 50 degree sump on the newer VW engines such as PD, some common rail 2.0 engines and later 1.8T 20VT petrol engines.
The kit comes supplied with an oil pick up pipe adapter for the oil pump to give the correct position for the oil pick up at the bottom of the sump.
The kit includes:
- Two piece steel sump adapter
- Oil pump to oil pick up pipe adapter
- M7x 20mm fitting bolts
Items you will need that are not included in the kit:
- T3 T25 Vanagon Diesel Sump / Oil Pan
- A VW Passat or Audi A4 oil pickup pipe
- O ring seal for oil pick up pipe
- Gasket sealer
